Hartek Skill Lab in Daun Upgraded with Advanced Training Equipment for Women

On 13th May 2025, advanced machines and equipment were generously donated to the Hartek Skill Lab in village Daun, district mohali to enhance practical training and skill development for Women’s. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and hands-on technical expertise, empowering SHG’s women’s with industry-relevant skills and boosting their employability. The support marks a significant step toward strengthening and promoting sustainable livelihoods in the region.

Women Entrepreneurs Empowered Through Collaboration with Phulkari Makers SHG

Hartek Foundation has collaborated with Phulkari Makers, an SHG backed by Mehar Baba Charitable Trust (MBCT) to spread awareness on handcrafted products, recognizing the immense potential of women artisans and investing in the aspirations of rural women striving for a better future.

One-Day Training Program on Stress Management and Emotional Well-being Organised on World Social Work Day

On International Women’s Day, the Hartek Foundation launched its second Hartek Skill Lab in Daun Village, Mohali—the first dedicated to women’s empowerment. In collaboration with the Punjab State Rural Livelihood Mission and local leaders, the initiative aims to equip rural women from Self-Help Groups with vocational skills, promoting economic independence.
