Established in 2021, Hartek Foundation was founded with a commitment to uplift underprivileged communities through impactful, sustainable initiatives. Our mission centers on bridging the gaps in access to essential resources like education, healthcare, renewable energy, and livelihood opportunities, empowering individuals and communities to achieve long-term self-sufficiency and improved quality of life. Guided by a vision of creating enduring change, Hartek Foundation takes a proactive approach to tackling the complex social issues faced by marginalized populations across India, including poverty, health disparities, environmental conservation, and youth development.

Keerti H Singh has been with Hartek Group since its inception. Her vision
and several initiatives have strengthened brand HARTEK, from a small
start-up to now one of the India's fastest-growing conglomerates. She has
been one of the forerunners in creating a company with a heart by
touching the lives of people through the CSR arm of the group, ensuring
sustainable progress and development for them.
Under her leadership, Hartek Foundation was founded to uplift the
villages of Punjab by bringing in Smart and sustainable initiatives.
Harkirat Kaur works in the finance and business strategy wing of the Hartek Group and is spearheading the projects carried out by Hartek Foundation. She is passionate about working towards social development and systemic changes.
Harkirat has a B.Com degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University) and a Masters in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy (University of Chicago).
Yogesh Sharma is a development professional with over 8 years of experience, specialising in capacity building, community mobilization, CSR and project management. He holds a Master’s in Social Work from Panjab University and has experience working with stakeholders to drive social change. Currently, he leads operations at Hartek Foundation, overseeing projects focused on community development, youth empowerment, and sustainable social progress.
